There is often a misconception that a gluten-free diet is boring, but it doesn't have to be!
I find one of the easiest ways to show off gluten-free living, is by having a simple poached egg, smashed avocado on GF bread for breakfast or lunch. I don't what is about poached eggs but people view them as something 'posh' or more superior than the classics of scrambled and fried. This video teaches you to make them so they come out picture perfect each time.
