I made Becky Excell's GF mini doughnuts!

Becky Excell is by far one of the best gluten-free food bloggers around! She has put together a wonderful post that explains the baking process far better than I could, you can check it out here:

Making the mixture itself was really easy, the hard part was putting into the hot oil! I'd recommend using an ice-cream scoop to make it easier, I thought mine came out a little too crispy but if you have your own deep-fat fryer it would also work a lot better.

If you're wondering what GF plain flour I used it was just Asda's own!

Let me know if you can think of any way to could stuff them with jam/chocolate or make them a little fancier!
