how do you like your waffles in the morning?

Hello!

I recently picked up a few more packs of Schar's delicious gluten-free waffles! I am wanting to have them for breakfast this week, I have had them with eggs, bacon and syrup (see my last post) but I was wondering if you had any other ideas for breakfast toppings?

The more colourful and photogenic the better!

I don't eat waffles for breakfast, but when I do eat them (mostly only on the Swedish waffle day) I eat them with whipped cream and yam (sometimes with fresh strawberry and or banana and sometimes dark chocolate flakes) or with cheese and yam (mostly "Wästerbottenost" and strawberry yam).

I love whipped cream, I may indulge myself I have that a fresh fruit for my morning scran.

I usually eat them with whipped cream and raspberry jam. Waffles with “skagenröra” (a mix of shrimps, dill, creme fraiche) are also delicious.
