Betty Crockers GF cake mix
“If I knew you were coming I’d have baked a cake” - is NOT what I was saying when my friend came over for a last minute sleepover yesterday. Instead it only took me half an hour to whip up this beautiful Gluten free chocolate cake. You can pick up this Betty Crockers cake mix from Asda and leave it in your cupboard once you need it. All you need extra is water, eggs and vegetable oil. I only used half the tub of icing as well and if you reseal it and put it in the fridge it is safe to uses within the next 30 days. The cake was light, although maybe a tad bit on the dry side but you can’t complain for a cheap, quick alternative!
