A moral dilemma

Hello, Is it considered mean if I invite someone for pancakes with Coeliac Disease, and I make normal pancakes for everyone else, but buy pre-made Gluten free ones from the store?

How could it be mean to invite someone to a meal? That you accommodate by buying gluten-free ones shows that you care. I think not inviting the Gluten intolerant person would have been meaner. Now he or she can be part of the communion.

I dont think it is mean, like Niklas said it would be mean to not invite them over at all! 😄 Dont forget to have toppings such as butter that is free from Gluten contamination as well.

I agree completely with what Niklas and Evelina said, buying store bought pancakes will also ensure that you avoid Cross-contamination if you are cooking Gluten pancakes at the same time.

All the best, Leia
