I would say the most common symptoms of a gluten intolerance would be digestive issues such as gas, bloating, diarrhoea and constipation. Fatigue is another biggie.

#0 Itchy skin, migraine are other symptoms. You get so bloated that you feel like your stomach is about to explode. You get back pains, rib cage pains, and you do not know if you are going to burp, fart or vomit, and you can barely breath properly from all the horrendous pain in your stomach, since the pain goes all way to your back and rib cage, and yes diarrhoea is also common symptom for gluten intolerance.
