When you cook your own food it doesn’t have to be so difficult to stay away from gluten. Below is a list of ingredients that contain no gluten.

This a great list Niklas!

However, it is important to note to always read the label, for instance, I have come across quinoa and polenta that has not been suitable for coeliacs or full gluten-free. This is often due to manufacturing or handling methods.

My top tip would be never presume anything is gluten-free!
